WWE’s fifth “Money in the Bank” Pay Per View Cashes In Tonight

Money_in_the_Bank_2014_posterTonight is the fifth annual Money in the Bank pay per view from the wonderful people at WWE. This is the first to be broadcast LIVE on their network, which is available for $9.99 per month in the United States only, unless you’re creative, and find ways to watch it outside of the U.S.A. There are seven matches on the official card but expect 1 or 2 to be added, i.e. Adam Rose (…ugh). Here are my predictions for tonight’s matches.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match for the Vacant WWE World Heavyweight Championship, featuring John Cena, Cesaro, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt, Kane, Sheamus, and Alberto Del Rio. Give me Bray Wyatt to win this but Cena is likely to capture the title so he can go on to SummerSlam and defend against the conqueror of Undertaker’s undefeated WrestleMania streak Brock Lesnar.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match for the opportunity to challenge the WWE World Heavyweight Champion in a period of 12 months, featuring Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Jack Swagger, Dolph Ziggler, Rob Van Dam, Kofi Kingston, and the injured Bad News Barrett. My favourite to win was Bad News Barrett, but if he’s injured, and can’t compete, give me Dolph Ziggler or Seth Rollins to walk away victorious.

The Usos defend their WWE Tag Team Championship against the Wyatt Family, who had the creepiest music I’ve heard in WWE since the Attitude Era. I REALLY want the Wyatt Family to win the titles, just because I like the Wyatt Family.

RybAxel (Ryback and Curtis Axel) go up against the team of Goldust and Cody…No, wait, that’s Goldust and Stardust. What’s a stardust you ask? Cody Rhodes as Goldust. I say Goldust and Stardust pick up the victory.

Paige defends her Divas Title against Naomi. Give me Paige to retain the championship.

Next is Summer Rae taking on Layla with Fandango as the special guest referee. I couldn’t care less about this match. I will say Layla will win but I don’t care.

Rusev and Big E square off. I’m really starting to like Rusev and it’s about time he has a challenging opponent. I say Rusev wins and goes on to another challenge. This match will still make Big E look strong so it’s a win-win for both competitors.

So, with that being said, I hope for those that are watching this PPV enjoy the show. Please ‘like’ us on Facebook at theWTFshow.com/facebook.
