In a meeting Friday morning, shareholders of 21st Century Fox and the Walt Disney Company approved Disney’s $71.3 billion bid to tak eover a large portion of Fox’s assets, including 20th Century Fox’s movie and TV studio.

The U.S. Department of Justice has already approved the transaction.

In separate meetings, shareholders reportedly approved the transaction in sessions that lasted less than 15 minutes each.

According to Variety, 21st Century Fox CFO John Nallen told shareholders the merger is expected to be completed in the first half of 2019.

Here’s how Disney described how the transaction would affect the Marvel Cinematic Universe when the proposed takeover was officially announced last year:

“The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love…”
So it looks like the impossible has happened – Marvel at one point in time sells their assets to large movie studios, then Marvel settles the bankruptcy action (some what) then Marvel takes all of their b (and “C” ) list characters and makes them to “A” list superheroes and then sells themselves to Disney…In the meantime, 20 Century Fox not knowing the property that they have, takes there eyes off the Ball (kind of like a kid getting the best Christmas gift ever and the child plays with nothing but the box that the gift was in,) and THEY completely forget how to grow and cultivate other intellectual properties – also forgets how to make movies (it’s like eating really bad Chinese food, everybody thinks it’s fantastic at the time until the time they get food poisoning because the meet was bad) AND THEN – the child discovers fire and sets the Christmas box ablaze (oops) and FOX just doesn’t “lose out” but loses out on all of the BIG TIME MONEY ….lol

-AND THEN - 20 Century Fox sell to Marvel’s intellectual property back  and them selfs) to Disney AND THEN all of Marvel Studios EH-LIST characters become instantly b-list and c-list characters/backseat characters again…With that, how excited with the fans be -IF- they saw the following after infinity War ?

( i think sooo happy that the fans would be ripping the seats out of the theater kind of happy..mind blown yet? …lol)
So…. Captain Marvel who, Captain Marvel what ??? That’s right … As one scrambles to pick up the pieces from this once in a lifetime colossal capitalism of fandom explosion one can throw out ALL of the phase 4 primary work completely right in the garbage -AND THEN- set it on fire and throw a tire on the Fire …and welcome to cooking with MUTANTS again (and get that crapy “Terrigen Mist ” inhuman “stuff” the hell out of the way .. lol) and if you don’t think that is how Disney is going to nudge the house of ideas in moving forward with “stuff” … please politely give your head a shake and just count ALL OF THE MONEY and think again …. with $71.3 billion dollars on the table, and this is NOT including all of the other properties that Disney just inquired on top of ALL of that – one way or another.. it’s going to happen. ??? Because..  one way or another ???  the house of mouse WILL GET  its cheddar (AND cheese)
